Overview
Welcome to Barefoot Landing at Lake Anna – your cozy retreat in the woods!
This pine log cabin is the perfect spot to relax and recharge.
Though not directly on the water, the lake’s just a short stroll away. Start your mornings on the screened porch with coffee and nature sounds, and end the day with stargazing, a crackling fire, and hot tub bliss.
You’re minutes from The Cove, Tim’s, Food Lion, and Lake Anna State Park – your reset button for relaxation is here waiting for you!
Start your day on the screened-in front porch with a hot cup of coffee, feeling the breeze and soaking in that peaceful vibe. Inside, the living room is perfect for gathering around the stone fireplace or kicking off a legendary karaoke session with the crew.
If you're staying with us during the holidays, we've decked the halls with festive decor and a Christmas tree, bringing all the cozy, holiday feels. Outside, the cabin sparkles with Christmas lights, making everything feel extra magical.
The kitchen is fully equipped for anything you want to cook up, and with a dining area that seats eight, there's plenty of room to share a meal (and a laugh or two).
Downstairs, you’ve got two comfy bedrooms – a kids' bunk room and an adult bunk room, both with cozy bedding. There’s also a full bathroom for easy access.
Up in the loft, we’ve got board games, a comfy lounge area, and a smart TV for those chill nights. (Just bring your own streaming logins!)
The master bedroom is pure luxury with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi, and a walk-in closet that makes unpacking feel extra easy.
Step outside to the back deck where the hot tub awaits for you to soak and unwind while you catch your favorite show on the smart TV (again, bring your logins).
When the sun sets, gather around the fire pit with Adirondack chairs for the ultimate stargazing session. There’s a BBQ grill and a picnic table ready for some al fresco dining, too.
And don’t forget – just a short walk away, you’ll find a spot to launch your watercraft (no fishing or swimming, though).
You’ll have access to the entire cabin and the 1-acre property, except for the shed (we’ll be keeping that to ourselves).
The woods are yours to explore, so feel free to venture around at your discretion – we’re all about making memories!
We will not be there but we're only a text/call away.
A few quick rules to keep things smooth and fun for everyone:
1. Head Count Policy: Make sure the number of guests matches your reservation. If the guest count is off, we might have to cancel the booking – just being honest!
2. Pet Policy: Got a dog? Awesome! Just make sure they're listed in your reservation (max of 2). Any dogs not listed won’t be allowed, so please check with us if you’re unsure.
3. Hot Tub: We want everyone to enjoy the hot tub safely! We’ll send over the hot tub policy a couple of days before your stay. Make sure to give it a quick read and let us know if you have any questions.
4. Quiet Hours: From 10 PM to 8 AM, we’ve got quiet hours. Our neighbors love peace and quiet, so let’s all keep it low-key during those times.
The common area has a volleyball court, a picnic area, and a boat ramp. Bringing your boat or jet ski? You’re in luck – the ramp’s just across from the property.
A few things to keep in mind for the common area:
* You’ll need to give us at least two weeks’ notice to schedule the use of the boat ramp or picnic area.
* No parking inside the common area – keep it in the driveway or next to the shed.
* Any events must wrap up before dark, and make sure to clean up before you go.
* No fishing or swimming allowed in the common area – it’s strictly for launching watercraft.
Check-Out Made Easy
We’ve kept the check-out procedure super chill. We’ll keep it simple – just make sure the lights and TVs are off, lock up, and leave the place ready for the next guests. We won’t ask you to clean up, just the essentials to keep everything running smoothly.
We’re so excited to host you at Barefoot Landing. It’s the perfect spot to escape, make memories, and recharge. Whether you’re here for some lake time, some quiet time, or just to get away from it all, we’ve got you covered. Can’t wait to welcome you!

About us
Hi!
We’re glad you’re here.
We just wanted to share a little bit about ourselves.
We are from the Philippines, born and raised.
Joelle and I have known each other since 3rd grade — for a short stint.
We reconnected again by going to the same high school.
After high school, we got disconnected when I went to the US and she went overseas to UAE.
In 2017, we officially started a long-distance relationship.
We managed it well that we’re now together in the US since 2018.
We also now have a son and his name is Jagger who is the joy of our lives.
If we’re not on a road trip, we’re flying somewhere to travel.
We love to keep our minds and perspectives fresh by experiencing different cultures, food, and people.
We may just be starting out our journey but we hope to replicate our experiences by being an instrument for you, your friends, and your families to create beautiful moments staying at our properties.
We’re thrilled to be here and we hope to host you soon.
